About Tameer Group
Tameer Group is an asset-backed property development group specialising in UK and Turkey. Apart from sourcing and managing our own portfolio, we also create join venture opportunities for our clients to benefit from high and steady returns with asset based security.
Tameer Group uses its own capital along with its investors to acquire land, secure Planning Permission (where required), build developments and then sell at a profit.
The group consists of a small team of property developers who have been working in the industry for over two decades, specialising in renovation and refurbishment projects. In 2013, the team came together to bring their expertise under one roof, with a focus on new build properties.

We Work Differently
Our Joint Venture Partnership is based on the Islamic concept of Shirkah Al-Mufawadah, which is a partnership in which all partners invest and share the profit. We ensure that any differing degrees of shares are made clear within our partnership agreement. Our partnership allows Tameer Group to invest as well with multiple parties to combine resources and knowledge to complete deals that would otherwise be outside of their means. This means we do not take a finders fee, management fee, nor a commission, and work towards rewarding through the sale of the project.
Who are our Investors?
Our investors vary and include individuals, high earning professionals, private companies and overseas investors. We also partner with and manage projects on behalf of institutional investors including organisations that are building their own asset portfolio.
Investor’s Security
For each project/ development the asset(s) are acquired through an SPV (Special Purchase Vehicle) that is fully owned by our investors/clients. As a shareholder of the SPV the investor has the ultimate security.

Muj has over 20 years’ experience in land acquisition, planning, and property development. His vast knowledge in the property industry brings long term strategic vision to the company.
Shams Uddin
Shams has been involved in the property sector since 1997. He has worked on a variety of commercial, residential and hotel projects, specialising on high yield return models.

A qualified civil engineer, with over 20 years experience in working in Qatar where he led and managed key development projects from inception to completion.
